It is with a heavy heart that I writing to let everyone know that I will not be able to be the head coach of the Harmony Cross Country team this season. My son has chosen Fall Baseball to be his primary sport this fall and I will not be able to attend all practices and meets. I will still be around to help and make sure the program is set up for success this season and for years to come.
Not to worry, Coach Bailey has agreed to step into the head coaching roll this season, but will definitely need someone to step in as an Assistant Coach. Preferably someone with a young runner so the program can be in good hands in the future. Coach Bailey's son is a 5th grader and this will be his last season. Please let us know if you can help.
As a reminder the first practice is Tuesday, August 2nd, 6:00pm-7:15pm, at Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve. Meet behind the Nature Center. Please make sure your child has their sports physical paperwork signed by a physician, as well as Oldham County Board of Education Form 9060-F, and the Harmony CC Procedure Form, both signed by a parent or guardian to turn in before they will be allowed to practice.
