Last week of practice before our first meet!

There will be a 10:00 am practice Monday September 1. Make it if you can! We will practice at 6:00 on Tuesday and Thursday.
Coach will talk more about the meet expectations next week, please plan to arrive at Shelby County East Middle School by 10:45 am. The girls will run at 12:15 and the boys at 12:45. We leave for the walk through of the course an hour before the meet and you don't want to miss that. Don't forget to check in at the blue and grey Harmony Tent, (thank you Coach Beard for hauling it around for us), we will be pinning on each child's number and that takes time also.
Directions to the meet from Harmony Elementary:
1: Start out going SOUTHEAST on S KY-1793 toward US-42.

2:

Turn RIGHT onto US-42 S.

3:

Merge onto KY-841 S via the ramp on the LEFT toward I-71.

4: Merge onto I-64 E via EXIT 25A toward LEXINGTON.
5: Take the KY-53 exit, EXIT 35, toward SHELBYVILLE.
6: Take the ramp toward SHELBYVILLE.
7: Turn LEFT onto KY-53/ MT EDEN RD.

8:

Turn RIGHT onto US-60/ FRANKFORT RD.

9: Turn LEFT onto ROCKET LN/ KY-1871. Go around to back of school, look for signs.
10: End at 600 Rocket Ln Shelbyville, KY 40065
